What is a BMC Dealer Website?
Every BMC dealer program includes a dealer website that showcases the full lineup of private labeled styles in the
Wing Rack Display, Deck Board Display and all the commercial folders. Each type of carpet is listed by type and
style. RESIDENTIAL - SOLIDS, MULTI-COLORS, LCL's, 15FT WIDTH, BUDGET-FRIENDLY. And COMMERCIAL - LOOPS,, CUT PILES,
PATTERNS, CARPET TILES, NYLON, OLEFIN.
Each style shows a room scene with every color that can be scrolled over to enlarge for easy viewing of style and
color. A full description of the product, as well as the Fiber Type, Construction, and Coordinating Styles. Each style
is also listed A to Z on the righthand column for easy access.
There are two additional options available for a small, one-time setup fee.

Do I qualify for a BMC Dealer Website?
Every BMC retailer who is in good standing with BMC Flooring and has purchased our complete
sample package (Card display, deck boards, as well as commercial folders) is qualified.

Is there a cost for this service?
For qualified BMC dealers, there is no cost for the Option 1, Standard Catalog Website. There are no monthly or yearly
fees as this is provided as an added benefit for being a BMC programmed dealer. If you want to enhance your website
with the same imprint as your samples (Option 2) and/or add a contact page with your store contact
information, google map, phone numbers, email addresses, (Option 3) a one-time setup fee applies. Option 1, Option
2 and Option 3 are the three types of websites to choose from.

Can I make changes to my BMC Dealer Website?
Once your website has been created, you will have the opportunity to proof your website and notify us of any
corrections or errors. After the initial setup, you can make one change request in a 12 month rolling calendar
period without charge. As an example, if you were to change a mobile telephone number 6 months after setup, you
can complete the change request form and this will be done free of charge. If you need to change the
address or a salesperson name within the next 12 months, there would be a $50 change fee.

What are the difference between the three options of websites?
OPTION 1 -
Standard Product Catalog Website is perfect for a dealer with an existing website who simply wants to add a link to the
complete listing of every Residential and Commercial style offered in the Private Labeled Program. The main
page lets clients choose from Solid & Multi Colors, Cut and Uncuts, 15 FT widths and Budget Friendly items in the Residential styles. In
commercial they can choose from Loops, Cut Piles, Patterns and Carpet Tiles. Product pages includes product
descriptions of each product, a room-scene, full color lines and zoom-in images of each style and color. Clients
can also select styles from the header menu or select styles from an A to Z menu. Product Catalog does not
have any pricing. Includes SPECIALS Page tab. The Standard website is branded with EXCLUSIVELY YOURS FLOORING in
the header to match the program display racks.

OPTION 2 -
Custom Product Catalog Website includes everything that comes with Option 1 in addition to having the header imprinted
with the same stamp as program samples. YOUR COMPANY NAME will appear in the header of every page, as well as be added to the
Wing Display header image to the top of the right-side column. This Custom version is also for a dealer with an existing
website who wants to add a link to their full Private Labeled Product Catalog; but who wants to have their name on each page. Clients can also select styles from
the header menu or select styles from an A to Z menu. Custom Product Catalog does not have any pricing. Includes
SPECIALS Page tab. The same name stamped on program samples will be stamped on every page of this version.

OPTION 3 -
Full Custom Product Catalog with Contact Page Website is designed to be a stand-alone website that includes everything
that comes with Option 1 and Option 2 websites, in addition to a full contact page and store map. Contact page includes
store name, address, phone numbers, emails, hours of operation, and a google map to store location. If you don't
currently have a website of any kind, this is the best option. Dealer will be able to use this website to send clients
so they can view entire Private Labeled product selection. Clients can also select styles from the header menu or select styles from
an A to Z menu. Custom Product Catalog does not have any pricing. Includes SPECIALS Page tab.

Can I get a matching email address?
This service does not come with an email account. If you would like an email that matches your website
address, we suggest using Go Daddy. First go to godaddy.com and search your desired website address. If you
find one you like for your company, create an account. Next, purchase your website name (called a URL) There is
a small fee to add an email account to your URL. We will log into this account (with your permission) and link
your regular or custom BMC website to this URL.

Can I add my logo to my website?
The header and sidebar on Option 2 and the contacts page on Option 3 is the only place you can have your
same imprint as your deckboards, wing cards, and display header. Due to the styling required to make
this available to all BMC dealers, logos cannot be inserted.

What will my website URL be?
We have set up the dealer websites on the Exclusively Yours Flooring server. Your website address will either be:
OPTION 1

OPTION 3
YOURCOMPANYNAME.exclusivelyyoursflooring.com
If you want to have your own URL linked to this address,
we recommend you use the Go Daddy service. First go to godaddy.com and search your desired website address. If
you find one you like for your company, create an account. Next, purchase your website name. (called a
URL) You can set this address to forward to your new web address. Go Daddy has a support line with customer
service who will walk you through this process.
