Wanda is a native of Dalton and has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years. She worked in the executive branch of several major floor covering manufacturers before moving into sales and management in the field. She has an excellent understanding of flooring covering products, both the manufacturing and marketing aspects to better serve our dealers. She is the leader of our BMC sales team.

Samantha heads up our Customer Service Department. Having joined us in 2014, she has extensive customer service background and brings experience and an understanding of how to efficiently service the needs of our customer base. Sam's willingness to "go the extra mile" to provide everyone in customer service the information needed to give our dealers outstanding service.

Bill has been in the floor covering industry for over 40 years. At twenty years old, he began his career by working in customer service for a major manufacturer in Dalton. In 1980, Bill took to the road as a territory manager and quickly fell in love with the industry and its dealers. He won national Salesman of the year for Queen Carpet in 1982. Prior to joining his father at BMC in 1987, he was head of promotional goods and customer service for Queen. Today, Bill Jr. oversees all aspects of BMC, including marketing, managing staff and agents, and developing new products.

An industry pioneer in the floor covering industry for nearly 65 years, Bill Briggs, Sr. is the founder of BMC Flooring. Without Bill's dedication and tireless hours, BMC flooring would not be here today. He handed over the reins of the business to Bill Jr. 20 years ago, and today he is instrumental in searching out promotional goods and specials with his lifelong connections in the industry. At 87 years young, he still comes into the office daily.
